PURE Digital One Elite review
Review For a relatively low price, the British manufacturer's One Elite DAB radio offers a heap of useful features, including live-radio pausing and rewinding. It's solidly built, easy to use and offers good sound quality with the spoken word, although it's average at handling music. Overall, it's a lovely radio
Vita Audio R4 review
Review Vita Audio's R4 is a high-end CD/DAB system aimed at the bedrooms of high-end audio-lovers -- and by that we mean it's not for anyone who thinks the earphones that ship with iPods are anything but utter crud. With a crucial iPod dock and all-in-one design, this luxurious stereo setup wants to be as convenient as it is high-performing

Intempo Fusion preview
Tags: intempo, volume, enabled, metal
Review The Intempo Fusion is a £99 DAB/FM-enabled iPod dock for the bedside, with a built-in sub woofer and portable design. It'll be on sale from mid October, but we got an exclusive pre-production model and got to test it out. It's definitely ideal for quiet bedroom listening, we found, as louder and heavier sounds weren't as good as softer ones
Arcam Solo Mini review
Tags: arcam, cd dvd, mini, chip
Review The Arcam Solo Mini is proof that bigger is not necessarily better, and neither are separates when it comes to creating an excellent hi-fi system. With remarkably good quality for such a small system, it plays CDs, connects to your iPod with an extra dock, and it has digital and FM/AM radio
Tangent Cinque review
Tags: tangent, alarm, stations, driver
Review The Tangent Cinque combines a DAB radio and CD/MP3 playback in an all-in-one system. Available in three glossy colours or a walnut effect, the Cinque will fit into your kitchen or bedroom perfectly. Overall, it's an attractive system that looks the business and sounds great

Immediately, I disliked the N97's keyboard, tiny space bar and clunky touchscreen interface. I gave it time, and now I hate the thing even more for wasting a week of it

The BBC just doubled the quality of the iPlayer's live radio service, as well as switching from Real Player to Flash streaming. And we think this could be a massive blow to DAB, too
