Price range: £59.95 - £72.82
What is it: Flash-based MP3 player with 4GB of memory, FM recorder and photo/video viewer
What we think: It offers a boatload of features for a reasonable price, in an attractive package

We like:
Copious features -- subscription compatibility, FM tuner/recorder, voice recording, photo and video playback; compact, attractive and durable chassis; tactile navigation wheel; well-designed software interface; user-removable battery; microSD slot; decent sound quality, processor performance and battery life; competitive price
We don't like:
Buttons surrounding scrollwheel can be difficult to press; mechanical scrollwheel can tire out some thumbs; photos and video must go through conversion with bundled software; expansion slot can be used with music only, not photos or other media or data; recordings are made only in WAV; low levels of system noise heard through headphones at low volume
CNET.co.uk judgement:
The SanDisk Sansa e200 series offers a boatload of features for a reasonable price, in a package that is much more attractive than past SanDisk models. For those looking for a high-capacity, compact, skip-free MP3/WMA player, start with the e200 series

You will struggle to find a better-featured MP3 player on the market, and it looks great, too
