"Avoid at all costs"
What I like:
Took adequately good photos in good light for 2 weeks
What I don't like:
Broke down after two weeks and still not repaired/replaced after 3 months
Review:
I bought this model on the promise of the marketing hype about low-light photography. Wasn't planning on shooting inside caves, just normal indoor shots at night I guess. The hype IS hype - Fujifilm have taken a big backward step in low light image quality with this camera. Worst thing is that it stopped focussing after 2 weeks, I couldn't take shots of the 2nd half of a holiday in the Philippines. 3 months later I'm going to a wedding in Bangladesh (imagine the colours!) and I HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER CAMERA BECAUSE THESE GUYS STILL HAVEN'T FIXED THAT ONE. Next cam will not be from Fujifilm.
