Typical price: £160
What is it: 10-megapixel compact with wideangle 4x zoom
What we think: Wideangle lens and big screen contribute to making this a consummate compact

We like:
Large screen; sleekly understated styling; wideangle lens; decent pictures
We don't like:
Blown-out highlights in high contrast shots, a common compact problem
CNET UK judgement:
Another consummate compact from Casio. Optical image stabilisation, a large screen, accessible controls, wideangle lens and decent images are wrapped up in a slick, sturdy package. This is a study in what the compact camera can be -- and at an affordable price
