Typical price: £95
What is it: Budget 10-megapixel compact camera
What we think: The most affordable 10-megapixel camera around, if not the slimmest, fastest or most feature-rich

We like:
Bargain price; respectable image quality
We don't like:
Lack of features; slow performance
You might also need:
AA batteries
CNET UK judgement:
The BenQ DC C1050 is a bit too chunky to win any races -- or prizes for innovation, for that matter -- but it is an efficient point-and-shoot. The lack of almost any features whatsoever at least keeps things simple, and it does provide you with easy control over settings. The bottom line is that this is possibly the cheapest 10-megapixel camera you can get
