Good: image quality zoom
Bad: thumb wheels and flash position
Comment: I always come to cnet for reviews. This is an excellent camera with a couple of buts. The biggest problem are the thumb wheels. The upper one is too stiff. The bottom thumb wheel is impossible to turn without depressing one of the other 4 buttons on the inside of the control wheel.
Another problem as mentioned above is the flash which is positioned poorly. It is in a place where you naturally put your left hand fingers. This is very annoying. When I first bought the camera I thought finally
here is a product that can get my full endorsement.Unfortunaely this was not to be. It seems it is very hard to find perfection these days.

Good: Manual Focus, Crisp Detail, Wide Variety of Features (eg Face recognition, Colour Accent, Tilt Shift mode, control of the exposure triangle)
Bad: Flash in an inconvenient spot and mode selection wheel a little stiff
Comment: Sorry for a second review, but I forgot to mention that I was able to get this camera from eGlobalDigitalCameras for AUD$176 (very reliable, arrived within 3 days with tracking) when in the retail shops it costs around $370. I know that doesn't really come under a review for the camera itself per se, but I wanted to mention it and there's nowhere on the eGlobal or DHL site for me to praise their great their service, so if you can get cheap postage to your location using that site (particularly if you're in Australia) then you can get this great camera for an excellent price.

Comment: My attention was drawn to this camera due to it having a manual focus option. It handled this well, and I was then pleasantly surprised to discover just how many other features it had. Face recognition/wink recognition for automatic picture taking, subject tracking, easy movie-recording mode, great menu and playback navigation, great effects such as panorama assist, super vivid, colour accent, tilt-shift and nice manual control of focus, ISO, shutter speed and aperture. In addition, its software handles photo import very well and makes the process extremely easy.
Long story short, this nifty little camera far exceeded my expectations and I've been very happy with it.

Good: zoom and pixels
Bad: no view finder
Comment: All these pocket cameras without a viewfinder are no good to me. Useless in bright sunshine.
