The Aiptek AHD Z500 Plus gives decent enough high definition video, but doesn't back it up with decent sound or features. That said, the price and ease of use may motivate you to make a few compromises if all you need is a simple, pocketable HD shooter

Anyone with an eye for a bargain will be interested to know that the Aiptek AHD Z500 Plus can now be found for under £200. While this is over the budget odds of the Flip Video ilk, if you bear in mind that this is a full HD camcorder, the price looks even more attractive.
