Goodmans GDB300HD review
The Goodmans GDB300HD is a good Freeview HD box that does the job for a pretty small sum of money. At around £70, we think it represents a great deal. Read more

Panasonic DMR-XW380 review
The Panasonic DMR-XW380 is a sleek PVR, and one that we think everyone will enjoy using. The problem is the hard drive is too small, it's too expensive and you can't save HD recordings to DVD. Read more

TVonics DTR-HD500 review
The TVonics DTR-HD500 is a great little Freeview PVR with a decent amount of features and, most crucially, impressive picture quality. Read more

Sony BDV-E370 review
The Sony BDV-E370 is not a bad piece of kit if you can get it for closer to £300 than £500. 3D is a great bonus and we did like most of the features of this home cinema system. Sound wasn't perfect but, for smaller rooms, it's pretty reasonable. Read more

IP Vision FetchTV SmartBox 8000 review
The IP Vision FetchTV SmartBox 8000 is a good idea, but it has two massive problems in the credit card registration process and Freeview picture quality. While it has some impressive features, we simply can't recommend you spend your money on this Freeview PVR. Read more

Philips 7000 (37PFL7605H/05) review
A pretty cool TV all round. We love the styling and, once we turned the picture processing off, the picture was fairly likeable, too. As always, Philips manages terrific sound on this 37-inch TV, far better than most competitors. Read more

Sony BDP-S470 review
Although the 3D-capable Sony BDP-S470 isn't really worth considering unless you have a 3D TV, it's still a top-notch Blu-ray player, at a very reasonable price. Read more

LG LE8900 (47LE8900) review
From the moment we turned it on, we knew the LG 47LE8900 was special. This 47-inch, LED-illuminated LCD TV's superb picture quality really impressed us, as did its understated styling. It's not all good news, though -- pictures display some minor banding, and the sound quality is rubbish. Read more
