Acer Liquid E Ferrari Special Edition review

Depending on your opinion of the F1 racing squad, the Acer Liquid E Ferrari Special Edition will either strike you as tasteless or the most gorgeous phone imaginable. Beyond the surface, it retains the same positives and negatives of the Liquid E, which has very recently been outclassed by Android newcomers. Read more

Sony Ericsson Spiro review

At half the price of the Zylo, its Sony Ericsson stablemate, the Spiro makes much more sense -- especially when you take into account the inclusion of a 3.5mm headphone socket. If you seek a music-playing phone for less than 50 quid this is definitely worth perusing, although you'll need to forgive the lack of Wi-Fi, unimpressive camera and tiny internal memory. Read more

Sony Ericsson Zylo review

The Sony Ericsson Zylo looks good but feels slightly dated, even compared to other cheap phones, and the lack of a standard headphone jack is unforgivable for a music phone. Read more

LG GT405 Viewty GT review

The LG GT405 Viewty GT isn't a bad handset, but it would benefit immeasurably from having a more responsive touchscreen and a 3.5mm headphone socket Read more

LG Viewty Snap GM360 review

The Viewty Snap GM360 is a handsome and affordable touchscreen handset. It doesn't have Wi-Fi or 3G connectivity, so its Web browsing potential is limited, but it does offer a rather impressive 5-megapixel camera, decent social-networking features and a good music player Read more

Sony Ericsson Vivaz review

With an 8.1-megapixel camera capable of shooting 720p movies, the touchscreen Vivaz media phone works surprisingly well as a rough and ready high-definition camcorder. Although its user interface fails to thrill, it's brimming with features and it's not a bad-looking handset either Read more

Nokia X3 review

If you can't afford Nokia's flagship X6 music phone, the X3 may be the answer. It lacks 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity, but it's cheap, it's easy to use and it packs some good music features. If you're on a budget and want to consolidate your gadgets, it's worth a perusal Read more

Nokia X6 review

The X6 music phone may not offer the best-ever sound quality, but, thanks to Nokia's Comes With Music service, it gives you a year's free access to zillions of tunes, and 32GB of built-in memory to store them on. Its capacitive touchscreen makes this handset well worth a look for music lovers Read more

Sony Ericsson Aino review

The Aino functions both as an attractive slider phone and a touchscreen media device. It's insanely packed with features too, including the ability to stream video and audio from a PlayStation 3. The user interface could do with some work, but the Aino gets full marks for ambition Read more
