Comment: As a blu-ray player I have no complaints, but I do have some issues with its upscaling of DVD.
I noticed it did not cope terribly well with anything involving water, or smoke as part of the image. I was able to make direct comparison with my Pioneer upscaling DVD player, which provided a flawless picture on the same scenes.
