Good: Great picture and sound, Cannot really fault the product, but.....
Bad: VERY slow to sort firmware issues!!
Comment: I have had isue after issue with firmware with this LG BD390. Every half decent film that gets released ends up with play back problems that needs a new firmware release to put it right. Films like Iron man 2 (chapter freezes) Inception (Lip Sync issues) and now the most recent one is with 20th century fox's release of Unstoppable (Plays the trailers but no main menu to play the main feature!) The final straw was when LG said there was no immediate plan to release a new firmware update for this fault because they want to wait and fix a number of bugs all together in one release. Well that's no good to me, Up until Saturday I'd had the film 2 weeks and not seen it. So I went out and bought the Cambridge Audio Azur 650BD. Ok a little more money, but then I guess you get what you pay for, and it played "Unstoppable" right out of the box with no firmware update needed!!
