What is it: Media streamer with 500GB hard drive and 1080p
What we think: A good idea that works to some extent, but it's let down by a difficult user interface and poor DVI ouput

We like:
Huge hard drive; total portability of your media; small
We don't like:
Rather ugly; doesn't support every codec we would expect; basic menu system; horrible DVI output
Also known as:
MediaPlayer-350 WLAN 250GB; MediaPlayer-350 WLAN 400GB
You might also need:
DVI cable; HDMI to DVI converter; optical audio cable
CNET UK judgement:
This device is useful because it acts as an external 500GB hard drive, but with drives this size costing as little as £70 it's hard to justify spending so much more
